SYNTHETIC GRASS SUPERSTORE (SGS TURF) LIMITED 16-YEAR SYNTHETIC TURF WARRANTY, LANDSCAPE APPLICATION SGS TURF WARRANTS THAT IF THE SYNTHETIC GRASS IT HAS DESIGNED, MANUFACTURED, OR SUPPLIED PROVES TO BE DEFECTIVE UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY, BY WAY WORKMANSHIP RESULTING IN PREMATURE WEAR DURING NORMAL USE AND CONDITIONS, OR BREAKDOWN OF PLASTICS DUE TO ULTRAVIOLET DEGRADATION WITHIN A PERIOD OF 16-YEARS, SGS TURF, AT IT’S SOLE DISCRETION EITHER: 1) REPLACE OR REPAIR THE AFFECTED AREA WITHOUT CHARGE TO THE PURCHASER, OR 2) ISSUE A CREDIT EQUAL TO THE COST OF MATERIAL AT TIME OF PURCHASE.
